The Journey: Month by Month
Workshop 1: Find Your Voice
Girls are introduced to the Voice to Value framework. Live workshop with a Toastmasters/TEDx trained facilitator covers storytelling fundamentals, eliminating filler words, body language, and the psychology of presence. Platform access begins — girls complete their baseline assessment and begin personalized AI training.
Platform Mastery + Peer Practice
Girls engage with structured EngageX® modules: persuasive speaking, pitch architecture, vocal variety, and audience connection. Weekly practice challenges with AI feedback drive measurable improvement. Cross-organization cohort check-ins build accountability and camaraderie.
Workshop 2: Power Your Pitch
The second live workshop focuses on high-stakes delivery: investor-style pitching, persuasion frameworks, handling Q&A with confidence, and commanding a room. Girls begin preparing their championship presentations — choosing their category and crafting their signature talk.
Workshop 3 + Live YouTube Competition
Final prep workshop is followed by the main event: a live-streamed YouTube championship where participants from all 2 organizations compete by category. Winners receive prizes, national recognition, and credentials. Every girl earns her Voice to Value certification.

Our HIVES provide a safe space for authentic conversations, aligned by each member’s behavioral assessment, career and life goals, and level of experience. By meeting in clusters of eight women monthly for hour and a half sessions run for eight months. Unique to our programming, members have the opportunity to work on group strategies that address the unique challenges they face as marginalized women along with two 1:1 private coaching sessions with an ICF coach at no additional cost, ensuring that each member receives the personalized attention they need to achieve their goals.
