1. Ethical Foundation: A Safe & Private Environment

Our AI implementation is built on the principle of Informed Transparency and Absolute Privacy. We aim to create a safe space where users can speak freely, knowing their information is protected.

  • Data Privacy (No Model Training):To ensure a private use-case, none of the data captured or processed by our AI is used to train any Large Language Models (LLMs). Your information remains within our secure environment and is never contributed to public or third-party AI training sets.
  • Identification:Every AI-driven interaction begins with a clear disclosure that the user is speaking with an automated assistant.

 

2. Data Sovereignty: Total Opt-Out Configuration

To provide the highest level of privacy, we have configured our AI systems to operate in a “Pass-Through” capacity.

  • Zero Retention:We have explicitly opted out of data retention. Our system is configured to not store transcripts or audio recordings on the AI platform’s databases.
  • Ephemeral Processing:Once a call is completed, the conversation data is purged from the platform’s storage. Only high-level metadata (such as call duration and timestamps) is retained for administrative and billing purposes.
  • Non-Persistent Records:Because no transcripts or recordings are stored, there is no persistent digital footprint of the conversation content within the AI infrastructure.

 

3. Infrastructure & Technical Security

Our services are delivered through the integration of platforms and applications that leverage enterprise-grade infrastructure validated through industry-standard controls to ensure continuous compliance with SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR standards.

  • Secure Authentication:Access to data environments is strictly controlled via authorized secure mechanisms.
  • Encryption:All data and call metadata are encrypted both at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols.
  • Network Protection:Integrated infrastructure utilizes sophisticated intrusion detection systems and firewalls to prevent unauthorized access.

 

4. Data Privacy & Minimization

To protect user privacy, we employ advanced data handling features:

  • PII Redaction:Automated redaction is active to detect and mask sensitive personal details (such as government IDs or financial info) from records during active processing.
  • Data Minimization:We only process the specific data points required to fulfill the requested service. Unnecessary personal data is filtered at the point of interaction.

 

5. Accountability & Human Oversight

The AI functions under continuous supervision to ensure quality and reliability.

  • Accuracy Oversight:We maintain internal quality assurance processes to monitor conversation accuracy and refine system performance.
  • Escalation Paths:Every interaction includes a defined path to a human representative should the conversation exceed the AI’s technical guardrails or the user require personalized assistance.

Our HIVES provide a safe space for authentic conversations, aligned by each member’s behavioral assessment, career and life goals, and level of experience. By meeting in clusters of eight women monthly for hour and a half sessions run for eight months. Unique to our programming, members have the opportunity to work on group strategies that address the unique challenges they face as marginalized women along with two 1:1 private coaching sessions with an ICF coach at no additional cost, ensuring that each member receives the personalized attention they need to achieve their goals.
