This fee applies to one-on-one coaching sessions with the Coach, with each session lasting one hour. It covers personalized guidance, support, and accountability tailored to the Client’s specific needs and goals. Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of services.

GROUP COACHING

This fee covers eight 90-minute group coaching sessions for a maximum of 8 participants in each GROUP. Pricing includes DISC assessment to ensure group alignment, survey, group welcome kit, group activities, discussions, and shared learnings to facilitate personal and professional growth directed by an ICF coach.

CORPORATE TRAINING

This fee covers corporate training sessions delivered by the Coach. The daily rate includes the provision of tailored training content and materials.

Additional fees may apply for travel and lodging, if required.

Our HIVES provide a safe space for authentic conversations, aligned by each member’s behavioral assessment, career and life goals, and level of experience. By meeting in clusters of eight women monthly for hour and a half sessions run for eight months. Unique to our programming, members have the opportunity to work on group strategies that address the unique challenges they face as marginalized women along with two 1:1 private coaching sessions with an ICF coach at no additional cost, ensuring that each member receives the personalized attention they need to achieve their goals.
